Take command how?

Take command how?

Let say I want to play at divison level and do not want to use couriers but control my divison my self how do I do this. :blink:

If you look closely on the bottom right of the attached image you will see the Button Rock. Click the imge to enlarge. Within this you will see a small white flag.

When you have selected the unit you want to take command of, click on this flag. That button will highlight (sort of a light brown). This means that unit is now accepting direct orders.

You can see an image of this button on page 87 of the game manual.

Re This "Take Command" flag display may I just comment that I wish the colour differentiation between indication of accepting direct orders and not, might be much more marked --am often uncertain when glancing at this display later whether unit is in direct command or not.
