Wilderness Region Map

This is where our experts try to teach you the very flexible modding system for our previous release - SOW Gettysburg and its add-ons. It's powerful, but dangerous. Post your tips and your questions.

Wilderness Region Map

Post by MarkT »

Presenting the "Wilderness Region" Mod. This mod contains 5 Maps of the Wilderness Region.
Each map is 15 miles by 15 miles (225 square miles) true scale. The 4 "seasonal" maps represent the battle area with no pontoons, fortifications, or destroyed bridges.

- Spring Map
- Summer Map
- Fall Map
- Winter Map
- Chancellorsville May 1st Map

This mod also includes the OOBs for Fredericksburg, Wilderness, and Chancellorsville.
The Chancellorsville map includes a multiplayer scenario which will include the pontoons and improved positions at the time of the scenario.

Future additions will include Fortification addition maps for Chancellorsville, Wilderness, and Spotsylvania CH. It is a time consuming process.

Future releases:
Within a few weeks, the long awaited Double - Mod of the Battle of the Little Bighorn will be ready. Its been a five year much interrupted battle. This will be a joint mod from Martin and myself.

In process:

There are two Map Mods in the works
1. The Sharpsburg Campaign. - a 15 mile true scale 4 season map encompassing the battle of Sharpsburg, South Mountain passes, and Harpers Ferry.
This will have some OOBs and possible scenarios included.
2. The Champions Hill campaign area. Another large scale map depicting a large area of the Vickburg region.

This link is ONLY good for a few days. SOMEONE needs to host it...
Thanks All

Mark
