Playing TC2M and re-reading the old MMG forum posts and, well, I just had to have this
TC237's Rain Mod for SoWGB (as best I could manage it)

Got a request for this mod on the Matrix forum from a member that is unable to post here due to this forum's issues. If the author doesn't respond, can someone make this download available since the present link doesn't work?

The link works for me, just warns of virus. File is clean though.

Hi palyarmerc, thanks for sharing the mod.
I'm testing and playing with it for a Waterloo map mod.
I'll share here if I make some good improvement.
