The SS keep getting better all the time. The breastworks look just like in the old photos. Made posts on your article, they didn't register. Nice job!

Thanks, Hoistingman4 :)

Glad you like. Earlier, I posted a description of the shots in the little message window below the shots but it didn't show up. I'll run that by Norb.

If you mouse over each thumbnail, you can see the name of the jpg.

"benner.jpg" - This was taken from the Confederate artillery positions on Benner's Hill looking toward the Evergreen Cemetery gatehouse.

"dd.jpg" - This was taken from Devil's Den looking toward the Timbers farm showing the area that the NPS recently cleared of woods.

"rose.jpg" - This was taken from the Wheatfield Road (between the Peach Orchard and Trostle Woods) looking toward the Rose farm. There was a great artillery duel going on when I snapped this one.

Also, I thought it would be cool to have a shot from the view of the modern day Longstreet Observation Tower. This one is called "longstreettwr.jpg"

Enjoy!

Also - I know some folks have had problems in the past with the screen shots getting cut off. I noticed that the shots get cut off if your display resolution is set lower than 1280X1024.

Why did I post these as April screen shots when it's May? Maybe because I took many of them in April? Yeah.. that must be it........

I have been working too hard lately on this game.... must get some sleep tonight...

It's amazing how similar the Culp's Hill breastworks look like the original works.
