Scourge of War Boards

I am looking for some successful mod to study.
the font could change only by mod overwrite then,it is pft controling ,how add more function to add fonts etc.

Are you meaning the files and everthing in another language, or for example "Army of the Potomac" in German is "Armee des Potomac" or the Iron Brigade is "Eiserne Brigade"??
