Scourge of War Boards

This is directed to (any / all) Active Norbsoft folks.
Possibly Rebbugler.

A while ago, someone in Norbsoft invited people to make maps, as I do.
In order for them to get the Norbsoft files needed, do they still have to sign an agreement, or is that open now to the public. I try to help all that I can, but I do not know if they can complete the process, without permissions.
Are these files available to wannabe mappers? If so Where?

The map making tools were released as part of the latest Waterloo SDK:

They were tweaked/enhanced some for Waterloo but should still work fine with GB.

I was surprised to hear about Eric... Sad. I had fond memories of him.
Makes me feel sooo lucky.

Can someone upload and post my new maps so I can add more? My Drop box is FULL.
I cant host these for any length of time. I have a 4 seasons map of Manassas.
