I've had this game a while and whilst looking at some vids on YouTube I saw a floating orders menu which can be moved around
I have the others but was wondering what this could be
Could you point me in the right direction please

That is a screenshot of the prototype Grog toolbar. It is no longer in use as it has been superseded by newer iterations of the Grog toolbar. The latest and most up to date version of the Grog toolbar can be found here:

Hi bazjak. All those commands in the floating bar are still available in the newest grog toolbar, and even more commands and formations that have been added since. They are just layed out differently and are moved to the toolbar instead of floating on screen. The newest Grog toolbar is superb and far outstrips either its previous incarnations or the stock toolbar.

Give it a try, its the boss of all toolbars.
