Duties of a corps commander?

So I've been thinking and searching for the answer to the subject line but haven't been able to find a definite answer.
What exactly was a Corps commanders duties? I know that they where in command of the divisions but not much else besides that. How much micromanaging did they do of the brigades and what other duties did they have? Logistics/administrative/staff etc.
I can guess and approximate but I'm not 100% sure.
Anyone can shed some light on this?
