Will the expanded toolbar from Reb be usable on the new edition?

No SOW mods are backward compatible to TC2M, the engines are too dissimilar. However, graphics and sprites from TC2M are gradually being brought in and modded for the SOW engine, which is all for the better considering the modding advantages of the SOW engine.
