Where can I find the file "OOB_Waterloo_Battle_AM.csv"
I want to make batteries surrender when charged by cavalry. I know how to do this but I can't find the file "OOB_Waterloo_Battle_AM.csv"

Any help would be appreciated.

It is in the SDK, but your changes will only affect scenarios that you create with the modified OOB. The two OOBs for the 20 battle scenarios are compressed and encoded and cannot be modified. However the battle scenarios are also in the SDK so you can mod those as much as you want and add them in as User Scenarios.
