Modding the Sandbox Campaign....and map

Been watching the latest video diary to get a feel for this new layer. Looks very good.

Wondered if this part of the game can be modded?

I noticed the movement map's names are graphics and could be modded but unclear as to what else can be done below the hood.

Can much be changed and what files would need tweaking?

Is there a way of making particular battles use different maps?

Appreciate that if it's moddable it'll be covered in the SDK, but thought I'd ask in advance. B)

Most of it is pretty straight forward, as far as setting which map is loaded in a particular town. They are all listed in the map CSV, and it's pretty clear once you open it. The road maps (maps loaded when a battle happens between towns) are loaded randomly, and all set in the map ini. It's a very well designed, user friendly system.

As far as the names go, the graphics are packed, but again I'm sure they can be easily switched out by including an alternate packed graphic sheet.

We are working on the SDK now, and I'll see what I can put in for this.
