Too many bugs. We apologize as this is not how we like to do things here. We will be working hard all weekend to fix as many as we can. Saved Games, log files, help very much and you can email them to sowsupport at scourgeofwar dot com. From there someone on the team will put them in our bug database and I'll debug them this weekend.
My Documents/SOWWL is where we store the files. There are two logs, sowwl.log and mygui.log, both are useful. In the saved games folder are your saved games. Everything the game writes is in there.
If you have issues launching sometimes it's useful to just send this entire folder. If it's too large, then you can nix the saved games part and just send the one separately.
If we have the ini,dat,log,sav files we can recreate your settings and have a better chance of recreating your crash.
We do have the option of releasing beta patches, so if we find some fixes we should be able to get them out quickly.
We don't have all we need to test on every configuration, so please be patient with us as we get through the worst of these. We really hate crashes and honestly do not know why the game would stop running just because of a windows update. But we'll work until we get it fixed.
