demo will not start

Hi guys, I am having some issues with getting the demo to proceed past thye initialize screen....it just goes black and places itself at screen bottom..i have contacted support and I have done what they suggested...the game worked fine on Saturday and sunday but when I tried to start it today the same problem surfaced......TC2M does the same thingGame Launched..here is the log info..my graphic card is NVIDIA GTX 550 ti and is up to date, direct x 11 and I downloaded the link support sent me..text size is on small...help

What OS are you running? Also how much system memory is on your PC?

windows 7...8gb memory...what gets me is it works flawlessly at times but mostly goes black at initializie screen.....

That error typically points to a corrupt install, a graphics/display problem, or machine that can't handle the game. Looks like your machine can handle it, so maybe try a full uninstall/reinstall of the demo.

keep getting error messages when I try and download it again.....file contains invalid data

got new download finally....still then same problem right off the bat......anyone...help?????

Sounds like it could be a corrupt download. Try one of the mirror download sites at the following link:

no dice...same issue.....does support have a phone number? email responses are extremely slow....at times the game will start and run great, mostly will not get passed the initialize screen.....what could this possibly be?.....all other programs and games work with no issues on my computer...only this one and TC2M......my two favourites......I'm at a loss, could my Norton 360 somehow be causing this...a glitch in my graphics card maybe...some simple setting somewhere?
