Texture stretching on buildings and fences in demo

Hey guys I just stumbled across this wonderful looking game and I am having some issues with the demo and I am not sure if it would carry over to the full game or not. The problem I am facing is flickering and stretching textures on houses and fences only. I am running an intel i7 3770k with an ati Radeon hd 7770 , 16 gigs of ram on a 64 bit operating system. Any ideas in what might be causing this type of issue?

Your rig is definitely up to snuff, so I believe we can rule out a hardware issue. We do use DDS graphics, and they cause a slight shimmering effect as the camera moves around...could this be what you're seeing? However, not sure what the "stretching textures" issue is. Please attach a screenshot (Hit the F4 key, then find the screenshot in the Work/Screenshots folder), then we can check it out. Use Google of IE for attachments, Firefox won't work for this.
Hopefully we can eventually say...Welcome Aboard.

Fixed had to change a few settings in catalyst control center to fix the problem.
