Recommended Video card Settings for NVidia 5000 Series (Laptop)?

I've searched this, but alas. Is there a guide anywhere for optimizing your video card for this awesome game?
Things like "Triple Buffering"? "vertical Sync," etc. I could spend hours playing with those options trying to get the best set up, but I would love to benefit from the collective wisdom base on this.
