Problem with the infantry tutorial

This is regarding the first tutorial for infantry with Gen. Cutler. In the first segment of the infantry tutorial, the instruction states to move Gen. Cutler under the objective symbol and then the turorial will continue.
Having accomplished that element, the tutorial does NOT advance. Gen. Cutler just sits there. There is no indication of any additional item to complete
