Why am I only given the option of playing the tutorials in singleplayer? Please help!

I recently got Scourge of War: Gettysburg and it is only letting me play the tutorial in singleplayer. I have made sure my serial key is correct and that it is activated to the full version, yet I when I click singleplayer, I am only offered the options of tutorials and load saved game. Multi-player seems to work fine. I would appreciate anyone's help with this. Answer away! Thanks.

activating a $50.00 game and suffering thru all the security is incrdible. if i actually thought i could get my money back any more easily than the nonsense that myself and apparently others like me have to suffer through I could and would quite gamming forevermore. Sounds like you have a pre 1.5 version of the game, which required activation and tended to trip anti virus sirens. This is no more! Register at Matrix games and get a new version...the process has been trouble free for most folks.
