Scourge of War Boards

I have two mods highlighted on my Modifications list that a friend would like to have, but I don't know where to tell him to look. I searched and could not find them on the Released Mods thread:

Historical Scenarios Mod (created by Little Powell)

Any help finding them would be much appreciated.
