More map questions

Just want to ask if two well known historic buildings will be included on the maps.

Both are on current Steinwehr Ave. which is also the Emmitsburg Road.

The first is the Dobbin House. It was (and is) one of the largest stone farmhouses in the area. Anyone who is familiar with Gettysburg probably is familiar with the Dobbin House. It is currently a restaurant/tavern. The Warren map also shows a wooden structure adjacent/south of the house. Today the Dobbin house looks much as it did at the time of the battle except for the addition for the banquet room and gift shop on the north side of the building.

The second is the George George house. That's right, the guy's first and last names were the same. It's the small stone house where Gen. Reynolds body was initially taken. This house also still exits today and looks much as it did at the time of the battle.

Customers will be looking for these buidlings when they explore the map.

I'll catch these slippery NSD guys yet. Maybe if I zoom in real close on a July 1863 photo of the town and find a small doghouse tucked away behind an outhouse on Washington street maybe they'll miss putting the doghouse in the game.

NEVER!!! Not only did Louie find and put in that doghouse, but Derek created an animated terrain sprite for the pile of dog crap in that picture with the flies buzzing around it :)

There were two things I really liked about "Blazing Saddles". Any guesses? :)

HA! I think you should do it and let it be an "easter egg" in the game.
