Good tips!

Wait until you get to scenario4 - I'm finding it a real tuff nut to crack!
These Chancellors scenarios seem a foxy bunch so far, unless I'm just getting lazy. :)

Great stuff guys

I've just achieved a magnificent -30 on Scn 04!

Methinks a trap has been laid on this one.

Ha, and what in the heck do you think Sickles could expect landing smack dead center in Jackson's corps while they were moving west...he'd have Rebs on three fronts. This 'What If' shows the result. Sure, Sickles would have spoiled Jackson's famous Juggernaut, but at what cost.

Still, this scenario is tested as winnable, or, at least one variant is. For the other variants...good luck General...you'll need it.

Tip: Move some units southeast through the woods to stop the Rebel line from advancing to the first objective.

Maybe we should have a 'Honerable Defeat for the Cause' for this one. Hehe :)

I get the manouvers with a chance sort of thing, but it is a chance - and a hell of manovering.

Good stuff, it keeps one occupied for sure !

CV04 is winnable. Thus far, my MV for this is 6448. Micro-manage Gentlemen......micro-manage. One of the Keys is to take on the Stonewall Brigade before they get through the pass. But you'll still have nearly an entire Division that will come at you through the woods on your right flank towards the end of the scenario.

Not too forget the rest of Jackson's Corps bearing down on your left! Use them Sharpshooters! Keep 'em supplied.

Thanks JC :)

I've just come back to this one after building a new PC.
Guess what - I STILL get a damn good thumping! ;)

Ah well, it is a 'what if'. :)

hehe

After quite a bit of effort on Scn 04, I managed to get a draw!

And also this report ... :cheer:

That's caused by the Prairie Grove mod's end screen layout. Since you have it enabled it's modding the CV end screen, but strangely because I made the Rebel header bigger to cover up the stock Harper's Weekly display. Disable PG mod for fix.

Oh, and thanks for the report. Glad this scenario has replay value. heh heh heh
