I have a hankering for a game of Rainbow Six (original). Does anyone here still play the MP side of this great game?

Well I'm off to install it, and have fun!

Not in a long time, but it was a lot of fun. Great times! You are alright Mike, I take back all the bad things I said about you...hehehe.

Haaaa, that's okay, join the long line! :)

Apparently there is no ATI fix for RS, I guess I have to commandeer my wife's computer (hard to do since she is normally on there playing Angry Birds).

Cheers!

Does it work on Windows 7? Covert Ops was my favorite, I still have it. Old school graphics, but it's gameplay that matters or I would never have played TC2M or SOW.

Yes it can. I'll give you a link that has everything you need, as long as your video card is Nvidia. Now with that said, if you are running Windows XP the ATI will work. It has something to do with Directx (or so they claim).

Damn, I really wanted to play this game again on my system.

Anyway, have fun!

Hmmmm, It never occurred to me to download Windows XP Mode. I'll give that a try, and see if that works. I have VMware, but it doesn't allow you direct access to your system hardware in a way that would make me want to sing the Happy Happy Joy Joy song.
