I thought it best to move this to a new thread rather than clog the Activation Errors thread.

Here is my situation:

I had my my SoW 1.4 files stored not in my C Drive but in another location. I deactivated my game, moved my files to the C Drive, and then installed the 1.5 patch. Right now, the game works but it has none of my saved games, mods, etc., even though all the files are in the same location on the C Drive. I've noticed that the game now doesn't present a Deactivate button on the home page, and the game freezes up whenever I click Load Saved Game.

Any ideas/thoughts/recommendations?

I'm not sure if this is the issue, but is it possible that the problem is that I never reactivated the game before installing 1.5? I have my 1.4 files saved on my backup drive, and when I boot up the game from there, the game starts but it puts me in a similar position; i.e. no saved games, mods, etc. However, in the 1.4 version, I see on the main screen that the status is set to "Activate" (meaning the game thinks that I have not yet activated my account). When I then try to activate, it says that a current version of my activation code is already activated.
