Hitting the 2pm slump, uncomfortably full from lunch...watching people whizz around high on espressos and latte's - thats going to be the name of my autobiography, 'I did it all without caffeine'.

I may be foolish but I view caffeine as a harmful drug. Haven't knowingly drank anything with caffeine since I was 16.

I always assumed that if sugar/caffeine give you energy in the short term, they probably make you more tired later on.

cant drink coffie,makes me ill.dont like fizzy drinks and such that have caffine in them so im lucky i suppose! if i need energy,i go for a run.the natural chemicals you get flying round your system afterwards are waaay better. cheers

Gotta have my caffeine to start the day, about near a pot of plain ol' coffee, but generally before the PM, too late or too much and it definitely wires me up. Wired Up is not goodly. :S Go to Dr Pepper in the afternoon, mild caffein, then Sprite...no caffein, evening. Finally winding down later with a few Miller Genuine Drafts...in a bottle, and not even the yuk light crap. My autobiography will read, couldn't have done it without THEM. :woohoo:
