In starting the research for my threatened scenarios, I invested heavily on Ink and Paper in printing all 90 pages of the SDK Manual 1.06. I am old fashioned and like a printed manual that I can read away from the Computer. Like in the Loo ( translates John). And no,before anybody comments, I will not be tempted to use some pages alternatively.
The unitglobal.csv is dealt with on pages 57 and 58 but it seems as though lines H to M have not survived across the page break. Any chance of details of the missing lines.
I will of course see what I can dredge up later from looking at some actual unitglobal.csv files from the game.

SDK Manual Missing Lines
"Die hard, my men. Die hard the 57th."
Last words of Col Ingles commanding His Majesty's 57th Regiment of Foot at Albuhera 1811
Marshal Beresford wrote in his despatch "Our dead, particularly the 57th Regiment, were lying as they fought in the ranks, every wound in front"

G,
G-L are: Uniform 1-6 These are the sprite set names from unitmodel.csv
M is Walk Sound. This is a looping sound from sfx.csv which is played while this unit is marching
Don't know if this helps.
