Some minor requests

I have some suggestions for things to make mod-able that would greatly expand what can be done with MP gameplay, without messing up stock gameplay at all. If any of these are easy to do, they'd help us a lot.
Moving the following values from hardcoded to battledef.ini:
1. The radius for autocharge
2. The penalty for "firing over"
3. The radius at which units automatically change out of their "Walk Formation" as defined in unitglobal.csv. It seems to be hardcoded at 150% of the unit's musket range.
4. All the hardcoded amounts of points gained from different things, like when you rout a cannon, or cause a unit to fall back. Whichever of these are easy to move to battledef would be great.
5. Add a multiplier in battledef.ini for how much ammo is taken from a wagon when artillery is restocked. Currently, ammo in a wagon can be used 1:1 as either musketball or cannonball, so there's no way to limit artillery resupply without basically removing infantry resupply completely.
So again, if any of these are not too complicated to do, they would be very beneficial for MP gameplay.
Thanks!
