Deactivation and deactivation

Hi All,

I experienced a HDD crash recently and I am trying to arrange for SoW to deactivated through support. I sent through an email about 6 days ago and explained the situation. I got a response back in about 48 hrs indicating that they had manually deactivated my game so I could go ahead and install.

After receiving that response I tried to reinstall but still no luck, the game says my serial is still activated. I've sent through another support request and I'm still waiting for a response on that. The upshot is, I still can't activate. Support have been very good so far, although the waiting is getting a little frustrating, I just want to play.

Has anybody experienced this before where a deactivation by NSD doesn't "take" and how long do these issues usually take to resolve.
