Norbsoftdev reset my activation code but I don't have my old activation code what do I do?

I sent them a message and they told me my activation code was reset. Trouble is I stupidly didn't write it down when I bought the game on my old laptop that crashed and a while back I purged my email due to way to much spam. With it my confirmation email was deleted due to me forgetting to store it in my email archives. How do I get them to either send me my old code or a new one? I've emailed them 2 or 3 times to see if they will send it to me. Are they going to make me buy the game all over? I've tried to find a phone number to call and see if someone can help me over the phone but I can't find their phone number.
