SOW Paintings

I always thought SOW would make a great painting buisness.

Here is one of my own:

I call it On the Firing Line.

Another way for you folks at NorbSoftDev to reel in the bucks :) .

I actually positioned the Union regiment in front of the rock wall because I thought it looked better.

It was fun, commanding troops on both sides (TC'd obviously), sending them in interesting directions to come out with maybe 3 good screenies.

How about Massacre in the Weald?

You must have added the orange. What effects did you use to create it?

Used PShop CS3, used poster edges, then changed its blend mode, then pastels changed its blend mode then added an orange gradient fill with a nother blend mode then changed opacity on some layers and erased some of the gradient....

Jim, that looks awesome! I recognize those two rough trees. That must be a Red River Campaign map? All three photos on this thread look great. I also like Mike's fire-esque battle and the pastels from the first. You guys have definetly been playing with some art and decor filters. You guys might give Don Troiani a run for his money...
