Those poor poor irish

So I wanted a quick action packed game, so I started the east cavalery fields, with line of sight.
Quickly the irish brigade came into action, this is how the 28th looked after 5 minutes.
I'm playing on 1:1, so the 120 ish irish were really 120ish, on 1;1 the wholes in the formation becomes aparant, just look at those poor SOBs, half the unit is just dead flesh at this point, yet they keep on shooting, if you look on the right flank of the unit, there is only like 10 soldiers surrounded by 40 dead ones.
