Scourge of War Boards

I want to mod scenarios to use for research for a book I am writing. I need to change several things with the Anderson in Echelon scenario.

In my book, Gettysburg occurs in late October of 1862. Lee's losses from Antietam are replaced by several brigades from N. C. and S.C., plus two divisions from the west. In the Anderson in echelon I need to change the rifles the Confederacy uses to Enfields and Springfield 1861. I need to change all the brigade commanders and divisional commander names. Finally in this scenario the Yankees on the battlefield have a higher percentage of green troops.

I have read the 1.6 SDK several times and can't figure it out. I modified several tc2m changing these variables. Yet I can't figure out how to do it for sowgb. Just give me the page in SDK would be adequate.

Have you tried Garniers OOB editor?

Pretty much, click, change variables and click again, with an easy to understand user interface. I'm not that technically adept and I use it to make custom OOB's quite regularly. If you do have tech questions, I'm sure Garnier will help all he can. You might be able to catch him here:
