Hardcoded effects of Open and Close unit attributes?

Are there any effects of the Open and Close unit attributes that are hard-coded (or rather, not in the unitattributes.csv file)?

It appears that Close only affects stand-up time for infantry, while Open affects rate of fire, accuracy, stand-up time, "Commander radius"* and "Wheeling locked".

* not sure what commander radius does to an infantry unit.

Commander radius is the distance where a commander can have an effect (e.g. morale boost) on a subordinate unit.
