Duplicate purchase

Hi

A short tome ago, I believed that I had purchased the Pipe Creek scenario. I paid the money and downloaded the application.

Without much thought I activated the application and found I had not purchased the Pipe Creek scenario: I had in effect purchased a duplicate Scourge of War - I now have two licences for the same game.

I contacted the people who took receipt of my money ("Share It" and explained my dilemma. I needed a refund in order that I might purchase the Pipe Creek scenario. I was informed that I had to deactivate the duplicate game and repeat my request for a refund. I follwed these instructions. and I have now been asked to contact the supplier of the game.

If it is difficult to refund the cost of the duplicated order, can I suggest you allow me to download the Pipe Creek sceanario and have that licenced, and the residue of my money credited to my account - because I will buy anything new.

This is becoming complicated, and I do accept that I made the mistake of ordering the wrong game.
