Pipe Creek Download Question

Hi ... Just purchased the Pipe Creek expansion and want to ensure I installed it properly.

Question: After a successful installation, what new options should there be in the directories?

As far as I can tell I can see SR10 in Modifications, and the new maps are offered in the Sandbox.

Is that it, or am I missing something?

Regards, CJ

CJ - If you go into Single Player -> Additional Battles you'll see the PCL scenarios. If you haven't patched to 1.3 you won't see the and won't be able to play it.

Thanks,

I have the six scenario's, but they each say SR10.

What does SR10 mean? Are these degraded scenarios for slower computers?

The SR10 scenarios will be in your User Scenarios once the mod is enabled. SR10 means the amount of troops is 10 soldier sprites for every 1 man instead of the standard 4 to 1.

You will find the standard scenarios in the Additional Battles menu.

Hi,

Thanks, but I don't have an "additional battles" menu.

The only Pipe Creek scenarios I have are the SR10 ones. I tried one out and it seems to work fine. What have I done wrong? Do I need to reinstall? I am already using the 1.3 version of the game.

From the main menu, you click Single Player, then you should see Additional Battles second from the top. I would double check to make sure you have the latest 1.3 patch. If you do have it and don't have the menu, that's very odd.. Maybe try a re-install.

Hi Little Powell ... Nope, no luck.

I downloaded the latest version of the game (3.01) and then downloaded and installed Pipe Creek again.

There is no "additional battles" menu offered when you click single player, just Gettysburg scenarios, Sandbox, etc.

The Pipe Creek SR10 scenarios are offered under mods.

What should I do? I purchased my Pipe Creek through the Norb site.

I really want to make this work, so I welcome any suggestions.

Regards, CJ

Hi ... Still not working.

I downloaded and installed the latest 1.31 patch as suggested and then reinstalled Pipe Creek. Same problem. No "additional battles" folder. The six SR10 scenarios show up in the mod section and the three Pipe Creek maps are available in sandbox.

Should I try anything else? I really want to sort this out.

Thanks for your patience.

Regards, CJ
