There's much commitment behind that my friend. As Bob Weir used to say, we want to get everything "just exactly perfect".
Tho "perfection" does not exist - we'll get it as close as possible.

I am not asking WHEN but would it be possible to have some comments on just WHAT the patch may contain?

The list is very short, it's a micro patch. Just some minor fixes (score fix for GB19) and the big one is adding support for the add-on packs.
