BUG - Apostrophe Key Brings Up Command Line

Whenever I wish to use an apostrophe in chat or in a courier message it activates an in game command line. I have to press enter to dismiss this before I am able to continue writing my message. This problem was apparent before and after switching to the new keyboard.csv and exists in the MP lobby as well as in game.

Will this be addressed in the next patch or can I disable this somehow? I know it's a minor problem, but it can be quite annoying.

[Edit] - By the way, I'm using a British layout QWERTY keyboard
