Scourge of War Boards

I just downloaded the 1.2 patch. Excellent by the way, I really wanted to play the entire Gettysburg at Army level.
The problem I'm having is with the couriers. I play in the Normal difficulty and most often at Corp and Army level. When I have a commander issue commands to a subordinate I watch the courier deliver the message and the receiving commander often does not respond. When he does respond it's just him and not his Division, Corps, etc.(move to location orders)
I did not have this problem before the patch install. As far as I can tell the message is formatted correctly. It has the info required according to the help list, so I am at a loss. Any takers?

yep - a few people been asking that of late, me included. A change was added in the last patch. Turns out youre supposed to give a formation now. So general, move to mcphersons ridge, form divission into road column etc. Not sure yet how to go about ordering specifying a formation that he is to take when you reach the destination though... couirer play is brilliant, but theres a few things need clearing up/ironing out.
