Anyone here know anything about MCCodes?

Hi.
A fellow up the road from me purchased a copy of MCCodes, and he has been telling me allot about it, I guess you are suppose to be able to create your own MMORPG or something along those lines. Before I start saving my pennies is this software even worth looking into?
