Ok I cannot use my mouse now in game, I start launch as admin and when in game I am not able to use my mouse? I really dont understand this where I was able to use it yesterday. any advice please.

I usually stay away from the tech questions, but this sounds like you opted for a 'courier play only' level in the difficulty settings. Just a non-tech thought. :blink:
