Armies starting intertwined a problem
Upon starting battles in which armies reach larger numbers, the armies often start mixed together right on top of each other with no semblance of demarcation. I undretsand that the maps are only able to hold a certain number of units- and with gaudy numbers, the starting distances become too close, however when the armies are completely on top of each other this presents a real problem, moreover an unplayable sandbox scenario unless you like racked confusion. I never had this isssue with TC2, it seems to be quite prevalent with this version. I am not using any mods currently in my attempt to try and quell this. Anyone else having this problem?

Re: Armies starting intertwined a problem
If the units load on top of each other then just reload the sandbox game and try again.
We improved this problem with the latest release and from my testing it doesn't happen that often.. I'm sure we'll fix it in a future release but again, for now just reload the game and try again.
