When I go to DOC and attempt manual INTERNET STOPS working

The manual is a PDF file that you have to open in a PDF reader. It doesn't make sense that it stops your IE.

Do you mean it's a bad link? The manual can also be found in your game directory, Docs folder.

It sounds that Adobe is accessing the internet (which it does for updates). It's not the PDF manual.

Start up Adobe offline, go to options, or preferences, and turn of update feature, or better yet, go into your firewall, and unselect abode from accessing the internet.

Also, IE is not my first choice to use on the internet (I never trust it) so downloading Firefox will also make your life easier, and safer.
