Scourge of War Boards

I've been trying for 4 days to get a hold of anybody that can deactivate and then reactivate my game. No responce from anyone at Norbsoft. Is this usual?

Not in my limited experience with them.When i had the same problem recently they were very prompt in sorting it out for me.Im sure if they are aware of it they will respond as soon as they can.
Might be worth contacting again to enquire tho.

The sow email should be fine. Are you sure you are sending to the correct address? I agree that 4 days is not practical, our response time is usually the same day. You can PM me and make sure that you have the correct email.

I don't know why your email system isn't working but it isn't.

I just sent another request and I see that the site has changed. That must be the problem. I hope it works this time.

Our support email is sowsupport at scourgeofwar dot com. I apologize if that is hard to find in the game documentation. The site email is just for general inquiries and is not checked as often. We also just moved hosts, so I'm going to have to see what's wrong with it. But I am sure that our support email is working fine and they will promptly handle your issues.
