Live Video feed for tournaments?

Hi.
Is there going to be live video feeds for this? Also, will the OOB's be released for download after the battle has occured?

Moved to the Tournaments forum.
No plans for live video feeds at this time but there will be 5 observer slots for each side in the OOBs. The OOBs will be available for download in the Game information threads, before and after the battle. To prevent someone from editing the OOBs to cheat, the visiting player (non-host) always chooses who they play.
