deactivation

I'm having trouble activating my game after adding a patch.
I was told to deactivate and then 'reactivate'. Well I did
as it said, and i get the message that the code is already
active and will not let me play. What is the problem?

Where were you told to deactivate and then reactivate? Our patches can be applied right over the game with no need to ever mess with activation. Please let us know if any of our info says this so that we can fix it.

Now your problem. You deactivated online, then applied the patch, then tried to reactivate and it did not work? Please let us know exactly what you did so that we can see if there is a problem there. But you can email your activation code from your purchase email to sowsupport at scourgeofwar dot com to handle any code issues and they'll get you back up and running.
