Problem Deactivating and Reactiving

Hi there --

I had installed the game on a computer that died on me. It happened without warning, and this did not allow me to deactivate the game on that system. I have since installed the game on a new computer, and upon entering the key that I had received, I was told it was still active. I tried to deactivate the key, but I keep getting the error message that it is active, and I can't proceed further. I have confirmed via the website, the key is valid.

Can someone lend me a hand on this, so I can get the game running on the new system? Thanks.

I sent an email to sowsupport (at) scourgeofwar dot com with an explanation of what happened to me (similar to you) with my activation code and a copy of the email order.

I sent that late at night and it was fixed the next day fairly early.

Hi there -- I got a reply from tech support, and the problem has been resolved.

Great news Kaplan, Norb and team are awesome on there support really appreciate there efforts to make these games great for all and fast response for those of us having problems!!!!!!!!! Thanks Men
