Artillery Sound Issue

Not sure if this is a bug or not, but I'm hearing what I think are artillery sound files sounding like they are being cut off. It sounds like a gun being fired but the sound file gets cut off almost immediately, like it's not playing entirely. Anyone notice this?

Hmm.. Haven't seen that in a long time. That used to happen quite a bit pre patch 3.1.. Are you able to reproduce the issue with a save?

Yes, although admittedly I've only been playing the McLaws scenario.

Since I'm unable to reproduce that problem can you send me a save game to matt at norbsoftdev dot com

Please explain the exact steps you do to produce the issue. If it happens on my machine, then I'll report it and chances are we can get it fix.

How do I do that? Is there a certain way you want to me send the file?

Hi.

Just send an email to Matt (Little Powell), and attach your savegame file. Then send off your email...

OR you can try what I do at times.

I zip my savegame using 7zip, or Winrar.

I reply or make a new post, and at the bottom you will see an option called "Select file to attach", browse to your file (savegame), then select submit below.

Thats it.

So is anybody else experiencing this, or is it just me?
