Dark blue is harder to see than light grey at dusk?!
Sounds realistic to me.

Seriously though, I run a two monitor rig at work and one is almost useless for all but basic tool sets.
I've adjusted the brightness and contrast all the way up and it's still a pain.
They are both Dells, but different models. The newer one is great though. You might try uping the brightness.
But to answer your question, no. I see everyone fine, though in the dusk scenario, as I say, dark blue would be harder to see than light grey naturally.

Now, in bright sun in the dessert the confederates might have the advantage. :P
....and besides, it's too late to give the Union sprites white uniforms.

Bedbug-well....feeling like quite the idiot-apparently the brightness on my monitor was only at 53%. Brightness of me personally? Considerably lower than that! (ha ha) I will now crawl under the carpet-yikes! Carry on soldier, nothing to see here! :P

Just means that the scene is not shot in Alaska. Night time is dark.
