Can I determine if my SDK is properly installed?

I originally installed SOWGB in my E:\ drive, which contains all of my games and files. I keep my C:\ drive exclusive for my operating files only. Therefore, I installed SDK in my game files as:

E:\My Documents\Games\SOWGB\Work\SDK

At the end of the installation, The Installation completed window stated:

Click the following button if you want to see the latest information ..........

Select the following option if you want .................. to be launched ...........

However, neither the button nor the option appeared in this window. This makes me wonder if my SDK download is properly installed even though all the SDK files seem to be in my game file.

Is there a simple test I can run to determine if my SDK download is properly installed?

Hi Canuck

Mine was exactly the same . I use the d:\ drive. Just seems to be an omission where the buttons should appear.

It was the same on the original download but all seems OK with the SDK.

Good job on the manual, I thought. Very impressed. Cleared up quite a few queries that I had in blundering around with inept mods.

There should be 22 files in logistics, 10 files in maps, 11 files in oobs, 9 files in sandbox, 38 folder with 238 files in scenarios.

The SDK is just a series of "source" files, for lack of a better term. It does nothing itself. It is just a reference point to start building mods. There is no way to install it incorrectly, as the game will never look for it and never use it. We put it in the predefined path so that when we get questions we have a common reference point.

Whenever Norb responds, why does it always feel like I have just heard from God?! :)
