Here's what I do. I play custom with currier set at Division.
In the McPherson scenario in the stock scenarios (btw I love Rebbugler MOD because his "A" button makes what I want to do so easy) and I want to TC 2nd Missippi and have them join me (Heth) at the objective site.
I choose the regiment I want and click the detatch button. A Currier goes out.
I click the TC flag and a currier goes out.
I click the location I want and the formation. Two curriers go out.
The message pops up tellin 2nd Miss. to go to the location indicated. and nothing happens.
The RGMT doesn't move and never leaves that position until I some how take TC off. I think I hit either the 1 or 2 key.
What did I do wrong?
If you wanted to TC the 2nd Miss. and have it completely under your control what steps would you take with the user interface to get it done?

BTW I wish the Devs would adopt Reb Buglers new orders.

I think you have to attach the regiment before you can TC it

Same answer as in one of your previous threads http://www.norbsoftdev.com/index.php?op ... 8407#18407

If you TC a unit it won't execute orders issued by courier.

Well, the best thing about SOW is the currier system in my view so the TC flag is wasted space on the tool bar for me.

For me,I also like the currier System. It gives the game a realistic feeling. As the game progresses there are times when I need to move a regiment in a hurry to a key spot. Just as in real war, you make all the plans before you engage the enemy, but have to adjust to events as they transpire. Nothing ever goes as planned in life as well as war. This game is great! And with all the tweeks, mods and debugging and new ideas that come up, it only gets better and better. BZ26V
