I was going through the rifles.csv, and changed the ROF values to 1, and I do believe I have seen the fastest use of ammo I have ever seen. In 3 minutes the battlefield was covered with the dead (from both sides).

I'm not sure if changing the ROF value had anything to do with winning the battle, but it sure ate up the ammo.

I'm having a blast editing these csv's.

or I am becoming delusional. Doesn't matter, I'm having fun.
