Artillery units start the game at 120 rounds, but when these same units when resupplyed never go back to 120, Why?

Also, Is there a specific # below 120 rounds when an artillery unit will accept resupply and does that vary from one artillery unit to others?

Often I see that a resupplied artillery unit will only resupply back up to 105 rounds, which strikes me as rather odd.

The magic number is 100 rounds.

Guns will resupply 70% of their maximum possible loadout (150 rounds).

Do you mean that artillery could be loaded before engaging by a supply wagon up to 150 rounds?

Nope, 70% of 150 rounds, which is your observed 105 rounds.

Does it make a difference when a gun has less than 15 men when it is eligle for resupply? If so, What are the correlation #s that is being practiced in game?

Is there an answer to this one?

edit; Less than 15, does it affect speed of resupply? or is that strickly a fatique issue?

Should be a fatigue issue only.
